The Intercom chat icon will display in the lower right corner of any page while you are logged into the Cloud Commerce Pro system. Simply click it to view past conversations or start a new chat with our 1st line Support Team.
Built in to intercom are our help documents, where possible Intercom will try and suggest a guide to assist with your problem.
For intercom to suggest a help document you will need to enter more than 5 words and end this with a question mark.
Please note this is not a live chat and queries will not be resolved instantly although we do our best to respond as quickly as possible.
Alternatively, you can contact firstname.lastname@example.org and these will be forwarded into the same queue as chat messages.
If the issue is urgent you can also call our support lines on 0161 241 8744.
Once you have made contact with us our 1st Line Support Team will try and assist with your query.
In some instances they may raise a ticket with our 2nd line Support Team for the issue to be worked on and if needed this might be escalated to our development team.
