We thought you might like to know what we have been up to over the past 12 months, so here's our "annual roundup" of 2017/18.  

As well as working tirelessly to make significant infrastructure improvements behind the scenes, we have also created, tested and released a number of new core features for the ChannelGrabber system, and we're so proud we wanted to shout the good news  :)

You can now list single and variation products to eBay, Shopify, BigCommerce and WooCommerce from right within the ChannelGrabber Products page!  It's in its first, most simple iteration right now, but we're on the cusp of releasing even more listing capabilities over the coming weeks and months!

You can now link the stock level of one product to the stock level of another, to keep them synced up no matter which version of a product is ordered or updated.  This allows you to create your own bundles, that contain stock of multiple other items, and also facilitates SKU Mapping, for if you have an item listed more than once/on different channels under different SKUs, but the stock still needs to be linked.

ChannelGrabber now senses if the same customer has ordered more than one item from you, even on more than one channel, and automatically links the orders together, so that printing a unified invoice and shipping labels becomes quicker and cheaper, saving you time and money!

In March '18 we released a solution for customers who want to use Royal Mail's Click & Drop service but have channels that are not supported directly by Royal Mail.  You can now export ChannelGrabber orders for Royal Mail Click & Drop, ready to process the labels in bulk in the Click & Drop interface with just a few clicks.

You can now choose to share your FBA stock levels with other channels, so if you use FBA and want to utilise Amazon's Multi-Channel Fulfilment service to ship orders from other channels too, there is now a simple solution.
This adds to pre-existing functionality in ChannelGrabber which already allowed for merchant orders to be forwarded to FBA from within our system, so we can now offer an even more useful FBA integration.

You can now create, edit and download simple Purchase Orders from your stock in ChannelGrabber, and book stock quantities back in once the order arrives with the click of a button, making re-stocking and automated stock management even simpler than before.

As an online seller, we know it's important for you to keep a finger on the pulse and understand how your business performs over time.  That's why we've introduced a new, super-simple sales chart.  This means you can track trends in sales volumes and revenues from any and all of your channels over time, and use powerful filters to narrow the data down to find the specifics that you need.  This is just our first step towards providing greater reporting functionality, so there will be more features added to this over time.

We know these latest additions to the system will make our customers' lives easier, and we will continue to release fantastic new features to meet our customers' demands.

In addition to the existing channels that we support listing to already, we'll be adding Amazon as the final step within the coming months.  This means that you'll be able to create a product in ChannelGrabber and list it out to Amazon (and all your other channels) with the click of a button!

We're incredibly excited to announce that our team of developers is currently working hard on an integration with the huge (and quirky) marketplace, Etsy.  Of all the marketplaces out there, Etsy is the one we have received the most customer requests for, so we listened to you, and should have the initial integration ready for user-testing within the next few months!

As well as all the other great projects that we are working on right now, we also have plans to offer direct integrations with some of the most popular accounting programmes, so watch this space!
