If an order cannot be dispatched because you haven’t set the weights for the items, you can deal with this from within the dispatch queue.

If an order cannot be dispatched because you haven’t set the weights for the items, you can deal with this from within the dispatch queue.
Click the red cog to add the missing weights.
Fix the base weight in the rule
You can add a “base” weight for the postage rule, which means if products do not have weight in the future then the rule will be at least populated with the base weight.
Fix the item weight
You can add a weight for this item (in grams) and any other items on the order. These will be fixed for this order and all future orders that feature these products.
Apply the changes to the whole range of products if you require
You can also apply the changes to a whole range of products. For example, if you fix a small sized product and the range includes medium and large sized products, ticking the range box will also fix the weights for those sizes also, even though they don’t appear on this order.
