We have recently released a new feature which allows ChannelGrabber to fetch your FBA stock levels from Amazon, and at the click of a button, share that stock with any matching products with the same SKU on all your other channels.
This allows you to sell more stock across all your marketplaces and have Amazon fulfil the orders from the other channels if needed (see separate guide on Forwarding Merchant Orders to FBA for Shipping)
Enabling the FBA Stock Feature on Your Account
Simply navigate to Settings > Channel Management > Sales Channels and click "Manage" on your Amazon account.
Next, find the "Include FBA Stock on all listings" setting and toggle that to "ON":
A confirmation pop-up with appear with the following information:
"Enabling this feature will add your FBA stock levels to your non-FBA listings. This is highly recommended if you are using MCF as this will allow your non-Amazon listings to be updated with the stock currently held in FBA.
By clicking enable, you are confirming the following:
1. If any of your products have missing SKUs we will not be able to send the FBA stock for these listings
2. If any of your products have zero or negative stock quantities but there is stock in FBA, then these listings will be reactivated
3. Once turned on, your FBA stock levels will be added to any product with a matching SKU. ChannelGrabber does not control your FBA stock, and so cannot be responsible for any errors in this feed.
4. The FBA stock levels will not be visible in your Products Page. This change affects what we send to your listings but is not accessible in the current interface."
You will then need to click the "Enable" button to authorise this feature:
This will then start your FBA stock being shared with your other channels.
You will only be able to see merchant stock levels in ChannelGrabber's Products page, and ChannelGrabber will send a combination of your merchant AND FBA stock levels to your channels if you enable this FBA stock sharing option.
If you have stock in FBA only, then you will need to make sure that all your merchant stock levels in ChannelGrabber are set to zero, or you may end up with more stock showing as available on your channels than you actually hold, which can lead to overselling!
At this stage of development, this feature shares the stock automatically with all your channels where the merchant SKUs match the FBA SKUs. We have future developments under discussion to add further functionality to this such as allowing the import of FBA products to the main Products page etc, so we welcome your input and creativity to help us shape the FBA options that we offer.
Please feel free to send us feedback and ideas to email@example.com or via the Intercom live chat feature if you're interested in this feature set :)
