Navigate to the channels account
Admin → Configuration → Selling → eBay → Accounts
Renewing your access token
Take a mental note of the current expiry date of your token "30/03/2022 14:58", this will help verify if the process was successful later. Then select the Get Token button
This will prompt you to log in to your eBay account
Now that you are logged in, you will have to accept the T&C's agreeing to allow CCP and eBay to communicate.
Check to see if the new token expiry date has been updated, if so this indicates that your new token is now in place.
Renewing your OAuth access token
Follow the same steps as above for the other access token only time you will select Get OAuth Token
Once again log-in eBay and accept the Terms and Conditions, then verify the expiry date of your token has updated.
When you are done head back to CCP into Config > selling > eBay > accounts and make sure your channels are enabled
