A Note from our Leadership

Over the last few months, our focus has been on strengthening the foundations of

ChannelGrabber - listening to your feedback, expanding our team, and ensuring our

platform is as robust and reliable as your business needs it to be. Now, as we move into spring, I am incredibly excited to talk about what’s next: growth, innovation, and

delivering more value to you.

Our development team has been working tirelessly behind the scenes, and the momentum is building. We are gearing up for a series of product developments and new feature releases designed to make your ecommerce operations faster, smarter, and more intuitive. From streamlining your daily workflows to exploring how AI can give you a competitive edge, the road ahead is packed with updates we can’t wait to share with you.

We are also thrilled to announce the launch of our new referral programme. We know that the best advocates for ChannelGrabber are the businesses that use it every day. If you know a brand that could benefit from better ecommerce operations, send them our way. If they sign up, we’ll take £100 straight off your next invoice. It’s our way of saying thank you for being part of our journey and helping our community grow.

Thank you for your continued trust and partnership. There is a lot to look forward to, and we are excited to have you with us for the ride.

Welcome to the Team: Mark

"Hello, I'm Mark from the Support team for ChannelGrabber and Cloud Commerce Pro. I joined three months ago with a background in IT across support, QA, and software engineering — plus a brief stint as a postman!

What drew me to CCP was the roadmap and where the platform is heading — there's a lot to come, so watch this space.

Outside of work, most weekends are spent at ice rinks across the country supporting my eldest son's (14) ice hockey — and with my youngest (4) now starting out, that's only set to increase!"

We're really glad to have Mark on the team. His breadth of technical experience and

genuine enthusiasm for where the platform is heading makes him a brilliant fit for the

ChannelGrabber and CCP community.

Product Development & What’s Coming Next

The momentum in our development team is stronger than ever. Following our successful completion of Amazon's rigorous annual data security audit, our engineers are fully focused on rolling out new features and system optimisations.

We have overhauled our deployment processes, paving the way for faster, more frequent updates. In the coming weeks, you can expect to see significant enhancements, including:

  • Amazon Message Centre Updates: Streamlined workflows allowing you to resolve Amazon Messages directly and efficiently.

  • Enhanced CSV Downloads: Improved stability and speed for data exports, eliminating timeout issues.

  • AI Exploration: We are continuing our work with AI specialists to bring smart, time-saving capabilities directly into the ChannelGrabber and CCP user experience. This is just the beginning. Our roadmap is driven by your operational feedback, and we are committed to delivering the tools you need to scale effortlessly.

Top Tip: Migrating to Royal Mail (OBA)

A quick reminder for our customers currently using Parcelforce’s ExpressLink API for label creation: we strongly recommend migrating to our Royal Mail (OBA) integration as soon as possible.

We are seeing an increase in successful migrations, but also noting delays from Royal Mail in validating applications. Getting ahead of this will ensure your dispatch process remains uninterrupted.

That’s all for March! We are working hard to bring you more updates, faster resolutions, and exciting new features. As always, if you have any feedback or questions, our team is here to help.
