Please note 2fa is system wide and cannot be enabled per user.
1. Head to the Permission section
From the Admin Centre in Cloud Commerce Pro, click the Configuration > General > permissions
2. Enable 2-Factor Authentication
Scroll to the bottom of the page on the Global settings tab and press the red "2-factor authentication disabled" button to enable this (please do not repeatedly press the button as this may cause issues, you may need to refresh the page for it to update as enabled)
3. Download the Google Authenticator app
Search for Google Authenticator app from your App store/Goggle play and download this - every user will require this to log in
4. Set up 2-Factor Authentication
Log out of CCP and log back in, you will then be presented with the below, follow the instructions on screen (scan barcode to set up 2fa) and then enter code to get logged into CCP.
