A note from our team
Greetings to you all! I hope you are having a lovely summer, and are enjoying the weather. We come to you this month with another (slightly late) Pulse update, after a month off, with various team members taking some time out to relax on holiday.
That being said, the work this side never ceases, with updates from our sales channel integrators, along with new EU Customs changes incoming over the next few months. The second half of this year will also see our development team working on some new and exciting projects that we hope to announce in the near future.
We have a lot going on here behind the scenes that we want to share with you in the coming months, so please keep an eye out for communications from the team this side.
As ever, if you need assistance with anything at all, please reach out to our Support Team, and we will aim to assist you however we can!

Trusted Software Platforms
We have recently made a push relating to customer feedback, and some of you may have spoken to members of our team directly. Those on our Cloud Commerce Pro platform will have received questionnaires to fill out around system use and wish list features.
ChannelGrabber customers can expect to receive similar questionnaires in the near future, so that we can analyse feedback and direct our efforts into the areas that best serve all of you!
We would also like to thank everyone who has left reviews of our software platforms online over the past few months. We have had some great feedback and have seen our scores jump up massively since the start of the year.
FedEx UK: Support for Signature settings
On ChannelGrabber, we have completed work to support a range of signature options within our FedEx (UK) integration. This gives you more flexibility and control over how deliveries are signed for.
If this sounds useful for your business, it's a simple opt-in - just get in touch with our Support Team and ask them to enable the option on your account.
EU Customs and Shipping
As you may be aware, there are some important changes on the horizon for those shipping into the EU, driven by new customs requirements that become mandatory from 1st November. Customs will soon require information on manufacturer IDs, standardised barcodes, and handling fees data alongside information already being provided.
You can also expect to see a €3 flat duty fee per item type being shipped to the EU. It is worth noting that these charges are grouped per HS Commodity code, so a shipment of t-shirts may incur a single €3 charge, while a shipment of a t-shirt and a bike would incur two €3 charges.
On our side, work is already underway to support these changes within our Royal Mail (OBA) integration, and we're making good progress there. For our other courier integrations, we're currently waiting on documentation from the couriers themselves before we can begin that work. As soon as we have it, we'll get moving and keep you posted on progress.
In the meantime, please review your product data in ChannelGrabber and ensure your barcodes, HS Codes, and Country of Origin data are all up to date!
We Can Help
We know that updating product data across a large catalogue can be a real time sink, so please don't hesitate to lean on us if you need a hand. Whether it's barcodes, product information, or other data that needs updating in bulk, our team is happy to assist directly.
If you'd rather handle it yourself, you can export and import your data in bulk using our Data Exchange tool.
