Data Templates are needed to map the data fields/column headers from your/the supplier's CSV files into the corresponding  fields in ChannelGrabber for when you're importing stock updates, and exporting stock or order data, to map the ChannelGrabber fields to specific columns in the exported CSV files.

To get started with setting up your Stock data templates, navigate to Data Exchange > Stock > Templates:

To set up an Order Export data template, navigate to Data Exchange > Orders > Templates:

To set up an Order Tracking/Import data template, navigate to Data Exchange > Order Tracking  > Templates:

I will use the Stock Templates in this guide but the same logic applies to Order Templates too.

To begin adding a new template, enter the template name as you want it to be referred to in ChannelGrabber into the Add Template field then click the New button:

The template name will then be shown above the first data mapping row.  In the File Column Header field, enter the exact text contained in the first column header of your/your supplier's/shipper's CSV file, and then map it to the field in ChannelGrabber that you want that column from the file to be matched to, then click Save:

You can create as many import/export templates as you like, so if you have multiple suppliers/shippers or CSV formats you can create templates to suit all of them.

To view or edit an existing template, click the Load Template drop-down box and select the previously created template to load it in.  Templates can be deleted this way too:
