Integrate Amazon Logistics easily in Cloud Commerce Pro

Amazon Logistics represents Amazon’s in-house courier solution, allowing them more control over the whole process as orders go from Amazon to the customer. Amazon contract local delivery providers to fulfil the deliveries using Amazon’s technology and processes.

If you are considering using Amazon Logistics, the good news is that it is very easy to integrate with Cloud Commerce Pro, and we will show you how.

1. Configuration

Click “Configuration” from the Admin Centre to get started.

2. Couriers

Locate the options menu on the left of the screen and click “Couriers”.

3. Courier Accounts

This page shows all the couriers currently available on Cloud Commerce Pro.

Scroll down to the very bottom of the page to find Amazon Logistics. Hover the mouse over “Accounts” to see a drop down menu.

4. Courier Accounts Part 2

The drop down menu will show any accounts already added for that courier, as well as an option to add a new one.

Click “Add Account”.

5. Courier Configuration Details

This is where you switch the account from a testing mode to a live one.

1. Set this field to “Active”.

2. Set this to “Live”.

3. Click “Tariffs” to continue.

1. Ensure the tariffs you wish to use are ticked.

2. Click “Save” to continue.

7. Shipping Rules

Navigate back to the options menu on the left and click “Shipping” to expand the shipping section, and then click “Rules”.

8. Shipping Rules Part 2

This page shows all your existing shipping rules along with the ability to edit them.

Click “Add New Rule” to create a new location based shipping rule.

9. New Shipping Rule

The shipping rule template will be mostly blank at first, but we only need to change a few things to set up the parts specific to Amazon Logistics. For a more in depth guide on creating shipping rules, see our guide here.

1. Give your rule a name that will make it easy to identify.

2. Select the courier “Amazon_AMZN_UK” from the drop down menu.

3. Select “Amazon logistics One-Day Tracked” as the service from the drop down menu.

4. Set any rules you want to apply to your Amazon Logistics orders. For example, you might want Amazon Logistics to handle only orders over 2kg.

5. Click “Add” to confirm the rule you chose above. You must add at least one rule in order to save at the end, so even if you didn’t select one, click add anyway.

6. Click “Save & Add Filters” to continue.

10. Filters

Here you can set various filters so your shipping rule applies only to certain things. For example, you might only want this rule to count for customers ordering from the United Kingdom, so you would find that in the countries section and simply tick the box.

1. For Amazon Logistics, we need to select the filters for “Amazon” and “Amazon Prime” in the Order Type section to ensure our rule only applies to Amazon related orders.

2. Click save to confirm your choices and continue.

11. Setup Complete

A box will appear to confirm your filter selections. Click “OK” to go back to the shipping rules page.

As long as your account is already setup with an integrated Amazon account, you are now ready to start using Amazon Logistics with Cloud Commerce Pro.
