This guide will walk you through the process of updating your product's dimensions such as weight, length, height & width.

1. Admin Centre

From the admin centre in Cloud Commerce Pro, click "Products".

2. Product Ranges

In most case it is best to work from a fresh product export to ensure you have the most up to date information. If you already have a spreadsheet you are working from, skip ahead to step 6.

To generate a new product export, first click "Exports".

3. Product Exports

First click "Export Products" to generate a full export of all of your products in Cloud Commerce Pro. Once it has completed it will show at the top of the list below. Hover your mouse over "Actions" to continue.

4. Actions

From the actions menu click "Download Speadsheet" and save it to your device. It is good practice at this point to rename your export to something that will make it easy to recognise.

5. Product Export Spreadsheet

Open your spreadsheet and find your dimension columns. These are labelled VAR_Weight, VAR_Length, VAR_Height and VAR_Width. Alter the values for these against the products required and save your spreadsheet.

6. Product Ranges Continued

Now back into Cloud Commerce Pro and the product ranges section, click "Imports".

7. Imports

First we need to get the new spreadsheet uploaded to Cloud Commerce Pro so we can start applying it to your system. Click "Upload Spreadsheet" to continue.

8. Spreadsheet Ready

Once your spreadsheet has uploaded it will appear at the top of the list. Click the "Use" toggle box as shown below to let Cloud Commerce Pro know you intend to use this one for the upload steps.

9. Import Step

Finally, now everything is ready, you can navigate down the page to find "Step 5" which is used specifically for import variations such as our dimensions. Click "Import Variations" to begin your import.

Once complete it will show as such in the details under Step 5. If there were any mistakes in the spreadsheet which caused errors, these will also be shown here so you can return to your spreadsheet and easily fix them.
