This guide will walk you through the process of editing the price of products on your sales channels, change stock levels and set up pseudo stock using the Product Manager screen.

From the admin centre in Cloud Commerce Pro, click the "Product Manager" button.

On the Product Manager screen, find the products you want to edit using the search box provided. Alternatively you can narrow down the products displayed using the drop down filters.

Once you have your product, click the "Channel" column to display every sales channel that has that particular listing. The number displayed there is the number of channels the product is listed on.

Now you will see a list of all the instances of this product across your various sales channels. To begin editing one on a certain channel, click the pencil icon on the sales channel row you want to use.

It doesn't matter if you intend to edit price or stock levels at this point as both will be available for editing on the next screen.

You will now find yourself in edit mode. Change the price or stock level of your item on any of your sales channels here using the text box provided. Hit enter or click "Apply" to confirm the change.

You can also set a pseudo stock level that will override your real stock. Use the text box to input the pseudo stock figure you want. Use the drop down under "Stock Mode" to select how you want your pseudo stock to behave. Other than "Real Stock", your options are as follows:

Static pseudo stock remains at the value you set it to no matter what. Every time your real stock value changes, your pseudo stock level will reset to your chosen value on channels with pseudo stock.

Your pseudo stock will begin at whatever value you set. It will then count down with every sale made until it reaches 0, becoming unavailable until you update the figure.

Your pseudo stock will begin at whatever value you set. It will stay at that value until the real stock value drops below your value, and will then count down with real stock values.

Use this option to tie your stock value on this sales channel to your Fulfilment by Amazon (FBA) inventory. Note that you will still have to set the channel up to use FBA as the only fulfilment method.

You also have the option to edit the price or stock level of the item for every channel they are currently listed on. To do this, click the pencil icon beside "Price" or "Real Stock" as shown below.

A small dialogue box will pop up for you to enter your new price or stock value for this item.

Now all of your edits are complete you can click any of the circular arrow icons to exit edit mode and return to the default Product Manager screen.
