This guide will walk you through the various different ways you can import, create and map multipacks, also known as bundles, in Cloud Commerce Pro using the Realtime Mapping Tool.

1. Admin Centre

From the Admin Centre Menu in Cloud Commerce Pro, click the "Order Dispatch" button.

2. Order Dispatch

On the Order Dispatch screen, click the "Unprocessed Orders" tab.

3. Unprocessed Orders

Each unprocessed order displays its particular error below it. If you see an error that states "SKU does not exist" it means the listing is not mapped to any items in Cloud Commerce Pro.

Click the magnifying glass button beside the item, as shown below, to continue.

4. Analysis

Here you will see the status of this listing and how, if at all, it is mapped into Cloud Commerce Pro. If the listing was mapped, it would display on the right hand side. In this example the listing is not mapped, therefore you see a message stating "No matching product found".

If you know the item already exists in Cloud Commerce Pro, you can look for it using the search box provided, which will allow you to map it right away.

For this example we are going to assume the item does not currently exist in the system. In that case we need to import it.

Click the "Import" button to begin the process.

5. Single Or Bundle

First you need to select if this will be a single item or a bundle, also known as a multipack. For the purpose of this guide, we will be making a multipack product.

Click the "Bundle" button to continue.

6. Realtime Mapping Tool

If you have used the Realtime Mapping Tool to import single items before, you may notice the interface is a little different for multipacks.

The multipack which you are importing displays at the top under "Bundle/Multi-pack Product". You can make changes to this by pressing the "Edit" button. This will take you to the same edit screen used when importing a single item.

There are four different ways you can add items to your multipack. We will explore each one below.

The first option is to "Create an inventory item based on the pack product". Selecting this will add a product to the multipack based on the information in the original listing.

7. Edit Included Product

When you add a product to the multipack, it will show in the list of included products. If the product added is based off the multipack being imported, you will have the option to make changes to it.

To do this, click the "Edit" button by the item as shown below. You will be taken to the Real Time Mapping product creation screen which you will be familiar with from importing single items.

8. Add Inventory Product

If you want to add an item that already exists in your Cloud Commerce Pro inventory, click "Select" beside "Add Existing Inventory Product".

9. Select Inventory Item

Use the search box provided to find the product you want to add from your inventory. The results will display in the list below.

Click the "Select" button for the product you require.

10. Add External Listing Item

You can also add items to the multipack from listings on other sales channels. To begin, click the "Select" button beside "Create and add product from external listing".

11. Select Listed Item

Search for listings using the text box, just as you did previously.

Add them to your multipack by clicking "Select" beside the one required.

12. Add Blank Item

The fourth and final option is to add a blank product to the multipack, which you can configure from the ground up to your needs.

Click "Select" beside "Create a new inventory product for this pack".

13. Configure New Item

After choosing to create a blank item, you will be taken to the new product screen. Here you can build up the item exactly as you would any single item by completing all the fields in the "Required" section and as many in "Recommended" and "Additional" as possible.

Care should be taken when adding your core recommended data to ensure it is done correctly. Make sure SKU's and Product Range names are unique as this is a requirement of the system.

If the Product Range Name you enter already exists in CCP, your imported products will be added to that existing range, which may not be your intention.

14. Included Products

Regardless of which method you used to add items to your multipack, they will all display under "Included Products". Here you can edit the quantity of each item in the pack.

Hover your mouse over the percentage bar to check the percentage this item represents within the multipack. This can be altered by clicking the percentage bar. Ensure the percentage of all items adds up to 100%.

You can also delete any added items from the multipack by clicking the "Remove" button.

15. Complete Import

Once you are happy with your multipack, simply scroll to the bottom of the page and click "Confirm" to complete the import and creation of your multipack.
