This guide will walk you through the process of enabling DHL's paperless trade service in Cloud Commerce Pro.
The paperless trade service allows you to electronically transmit customs documents, eliminating the need to print and attach them to your shipments.

1. Admin Centre
From the Admin Centre in Cloud Commerce Pro, click the "Configuration" button in the top right hand corner.
2. Configuration Menu
A pop-out menu will show on the left of the screen. First click "Shipping" to drill into that section and then click "Rules".
3. Shipping Rules
Navigate to the shipping rule you want to add paperless trade to and click the "Edit" button.
4. Editing Shipping Rule
Finally check the box under "Paperless Trade" to activate the feature for this shipping rule.
Be sure to hit "Save" to finalise your choice.
If you need to edit paperless trade to any other DHL shipping rules, simply find them from the list of shipping rules and repeat the process above.
