This guide will walk you through the process of cancelling a shipping label in Cloud Commerce Pro.

While this process is not guaranteed to work with all couriers, our in house testing has shown it to work with Parcelforce, Royal Mail, UK Mail, ITD Global, DHL and Parcelhub.

1. Admin Centre

From the Admin Centre in Cloud Commerce Pro, click the "Order Dispatch" button.

2. Order Dispatch

On the Order Dispatch screen, hover your mouse over the "Shipments" tab for more options.

3. Shipments Tab

Click "Show Shipments" on the Shipments Tab.

4. Shipments For Today

Here you will see a list of all shipments made today across your enabled couriers.

Click "View Shipments" to continue.

5. Shipment Summary

You can find the label you want to cancel on the shipment summary page. Shipments are grouped by courier service.

Click "Cancel Shipment" to cancel the label.
