Efficiency is key in a modern business, so it is important to ensure you and your staff are not wasting valuable time zig-zagging around your warehouse when a more direct route could have been used.
This guide will walk you through how to change your warehouse product pick order in Cloud Commerce Pro.
1. Admin Centre
From the Admin Centre in Cloud Commerce Pro, click the Configuration button.
2. Configuration Menu
On the pop-out menu on the left of the screen, first click Warehouse to drill into that section. Finally click Product Pick Order.
3. Product Pick Order
On the Product Pick Order screen, your products will load in the pick order they are currently set.
To change the position of a product, simply drag and drop it to the position you want it to be and the order will update.
4. Load More Products
If you have a large amount of products they won't all show at once to improve loading times.
Scroll down to the bottom and click the Get More Products button to load the next batch.
