This report will show you a breakdown of sales relating to each channel including a profit margin

The ecommerce sales report is used to easily identify the cost of sales which you have had against a channel.

Contents:

1. Admin Centre

From the Admin centre in Cloud Commerce Pro, click the Reports button.

2. Reports Screen

Once in the reports section, click on the report titled - Ecommerce Sales Report.

3. Select Date & Time Range

Use the date range to and from section to manually apply a time frame for the report.

You can also use a pre selected date range.

This report will also show a number of filters:

  • Orders - Select the type of order

  • Sales channels - Select the sales channel you wish to view

  • Seasons - Select the type of season you wish to view

  • Options - Use this to filter on any product options. i.e. colour/size etc

  • Sales and returns - Choose to display both or either one

  • Agents - Select a certain agent or display them all

  • Individual or multipack - Select whether you want to view individual items or multipacks

  • Factories - Select the type of factory

  • Categories - Select a product category or display them all

4. View or Export Report

Once you have applied the relevant filters, you have the option to view the report on your screen by clicking the View Report button.

Alternatively, click the Export Report button to export the information into a spreadsheet.

Both methods will show the same results.

You will also see a Download Exports option. Click this to show all previously downloaded reports.

5. Exploring the Report

Once you have the relevant filters applied and selected the type of report you want to use, the results will then display.

The report will show 3 cost breakdowns when pressing the 'more' option. The levels for this are;

-Sales channel

-Product category

-The sale itself

For orders going to EU countries, if an IOSS number has been passed up, it will display as shown below:
