CCP - Reports - Orders Report

This report will show you a detailed breakdown of the orders you have had for a certain product range over a time period

Why may I want to view this report? - If you are wanting an overview of how many orders you have had for a certain product range.

Contents:

1. Admin Centre

From the Admin centre in Cloud Commerce Pro, click the Reports button.

2. Reports Screen

Once in the reports section, click on the report titled - Orders Report.

3. Select Date and Time Range

Use the date range to and from section to manually apply a time frame for the report.

You can also use a pre selected date range if this is better suited.

Along with this, you will also see Order Main List By where you can choose from a dropdown to determine how the report will be arranged and if it is descending or ascending.

On the right side of the report, you will also see a number of filters which can be applied. These are as follows:

  • Product Option and Value - Select a product option along with a value. For example, if the option is colour, the value may be red

  • Season - Type of product season you wish to view

  • FBA - If you only want to show FBA products or ALL

  • Sales channel - The sales channel you wish to view

  • Customers - A customers name

  • Agent - The agents name if applicable

4. View or Export Report

Once you have applied the relevant filters, you have the option to view the report on your screen by clicking the View Report button.

Alternatively, click the Export Report button to export the information into a spreadsheet.

Both methods will show the same results.
