1. Head into the customer page
From the main admin Centre, head into the my customers
2. Search or click into the customer in question
Once in the customer page, use the search function to search for a customer and use the dropdown to select searchable types or click into one from the customer list below.
3. Heading into the order
Now that you are in the customer, click into the order which you wish to split. You will see a list of orders within the Recent orders section
4. Splitting the order
When you have clicked into the order, you will then see an option for Split order
Press this option and you will see a three options appear on screen;
Split & Triggers - Split the order. - Mark the order as complete and create a new Order for all undispatched items. - Runs Order placed triggers.

Cancel - Cancel the request
Apply the correct option to confirm which will then deal with the order
