When adding a new Email address to the email settings in CCP like below:

you may get the following pop up message IF your SPF record is not set-up to support CCP (Please scroll down to see the correct IP Values, as these have been updated, and are in a box below the image):

You will need to add the IP address's below to your SPF record in your domain records. You most likely will need to contact your email host to do so, and they will add it in for you.


IP's to add to your SPF Record:

v=spf1 mx ptr ip4:84.22.167.56 ip4:84.22.167.36 ip4:84.22.167.35 ip4:84.22.167.34 ip4:167.235.200.37 -all
