Our OnBuy integration is now live! You can read about why you should sell on OnBuy, how to set up an account, and details of our launch in our article on the ChannelGrabber website.
A note on OnBuy's API
We sometimes get reports from OnBuy customers whose listings display an error on the Products page and fail to update stock, or issues dispatching orders to OnBuy.
On investigation we have found that many of the requests are limited to a certain number per hour and per day. According to OnBuy's API documentation, sellers can get the rate limit on their account increased.
We highly recommend contacting OnBuy to get assistance with this if you are processing a large number of orders or items. Rate limitations are outside of our control as they are not set by ChannelGrabber, so any issues caused by this may not be possible for us to resolve.
Customers should also note that the OnBuy integration with ChannelGrabber does not support automatic listing downloads. This is due to the rate limitations imposed on user accounts by OnBuy. We cannot currently support this feature for OnBuy accounts as doing so will result in more frequent errors, failed stock updates, etc. Any OnBuy users will need to run listing downloads manually via the Import Listings page.
