Save filters you find yourself using often, to save you time in future

Filters can be used to tailor your list of orders based on the criteria you specify. Filtering can be useful when you want to view only orders that conform to certain requirements, for example – all your orders from the last 7 days, or all orders which have been dispatched.

It is important to remember that filters are used in conjunction with one another. This means that if you use multiple filtering options, an order must fulfil ALL those requirements in order to be shown.

You can Show or Hide filters at any time on the top-right corner of your orders page:

FILTER DESCRIPTIONS

Filter:  "Ordered"
Default or Optional:  Default
Details:  The "Ordered" filter allows you to filter your orders based on different time and date ranges:

Filter:  "Status"
Default or Optional:  Default
Details:  The "Status" filter allows you to filter your orders based on the current status of the order:

Filter:  "Search for..."
Default or Optional:  Default
Details:  The "Search" box allows you to type in any content that you want to search for within the orders, for example SKU, product name, buyer name, postcode, etc:

Filter:  "More"
Default or Optional:  Default
Details:  The "More" option allows you to select from a list of other optional filters to add on as well as the default filters:

The following filters can be enabled from the "More" filter options:

Filter:  "Country"
Default or Optional:  Optional
Details:  Allows you to select individual or multiple countries to view orders from those countries and exclude orders from other countries

Filter:  "Currency"
Default or Optional:  Optional
Details:  Allows you to select from a list of currencies to view orders that use those currencies and exclude orders that use other currencies

Filter:  "Total"
Default or Optional:  Optional
Details:  Allows you to show orders where the total is between a specific value range

Filter:  "Channel"
Default or Optional:  Optional
Details:  Allows you to filter orders by which account from within a channel they originated from (for example, if you have more than one eBay account connected to OrderHub) 

Filter:  "Account"
Default or Optional:  Optional
Details:  Allows you to filter orders by which specific channel they originated from

Filter:  "Batch"
Default or Optional:  Optional
Details:  OrderHub allows you to group orders into Batches, so if you use this feature then you can use the Batch filter to view specific batches of orders 

Filter:  "Shipping Method"
Default or Optional:  Optional
Details:  Allows you to filter orders by which specific shipping method has been used (your Shipping Aliases will be used) 

Filter:  "Tags"
Default or Optional:  Optional
Details:  OrderHub allows you to assign your own Tags to orders, so if you use this feature then you can use the Tag filter to view specific batches of orders with the selected tag(s) 

Filter:  "Fulfilment Channel"
Default or Optional:  Optional
Details:  Allows you to filter orders based on whether they are merchant fulfilled (you send them yourself) or fulfilled by Amazon (FBA) or another drop-shipper 

Filter:  "Is Archived"
Default or Optional:  Optional
Details:  ChannelGrabber will auto-archive orders after three months, or you can choose to archive orders yourself at any time, so this filter allows you to search for orders including Archived orders 

  • Yes = All orders that have been archived

  • No = All orders that have not been archived

Filter:  "Has Buyer Message"
Default or Optional:  Optional
Details:  Allows you to filter orders with a message from the buyer

Filter:  "Has Gift Message"
Default or Optional:  Optional
Details:  Allows you to filter orders with a gift option or message from the buyer

Filter:  "Dispatchable by Merchant"
Default or Optional:  Optional
Details:  Allows you to filter orders based on whether you have enough stock of the items assigned to the orders to be able to fulfil/dispatch the orders or not.  

  • Yes = all orders where the items are in stock and the order status is Awaiting Payment or New

  • No = orders where the status is Awaiting Payment or New but there is not enough stock available to complete the full order

 

There is an "Apply Filters" button once you have selected all the required filters, and you can also Clear filters and Save filters for regular use:

If you save a filter, it will be accessible within the Saved Filters section on the left hand pane:
