The Import Listings page in ChannelGrabber contains a list of all of the listings that have been detected by the system from your various channels.

The listings shown on this page have been found, but not yet imported into the system to be managed by ChannelGrabber. This page works as a holding area for any listings that you might not want to have the system manage.

Downloading Unimported listings

To get your listings into ChannelGrabber, you will want to navigate to the Import Listings page and get the system to download listing data.

To do this follow these steps:

  1. Navigate to Import Listings

  2. Click Download listings

  3. In the pop-up box that appears, select the Sales Channel(s) that you would like to download listings from

  4. Click Download Listings

This will get ChannelGrabber to request data from your Sales Channels and download them into the Import Listings page.

It is worth noting that there is a cool-down on how often listing data can be requested - you will be unable to re-downplay listings for some time after a request has been initiated.

Listing downloads may take a long time depending on the number of listings that you have and the channel data is being requested from.

Amazon particularly tends to take many hours to complete, as ChannelGrabber has to wait for Amazon to compile a listing of your items and send the report of these items back to us.

Please do no initiate another download of your listings until the current download has been completed.

Importing Listings to be managed by ChannelGrabber

Once a listing has downloaded into this page, you can select the listing(s) using the tick boxes on the far left, and click Import to import them into your Products page to be managed by the system.

You can also use the filters at the top of this page to find specific listings, and use the Import All Filtered option shown in the screenshot above to import everything that you have filtered or searched on this page.

Hiding Unimported Listings

You may have listings that have been detected here, that you do not want imported into the system for whatever reason. If you select these listings and click the Hide option in the toolbar, the listing(s) will be hidden.

These listings can be found again by using the Show Hidden filter and selecting Yes, before applying the filter.

Deleting Unimported Listings

You can delete entries for listings in the Import Listings page by selecting them and clicking Delete Listings.

This is useful if you have old or ended listing data on this page that you no longer require, or if you have made significant changes to the listing as it exists on this page and need to re-download the data.
