My Hermes has been re-branded to Evri however in CCP you will find references to both Evri and MyHermes still.
Before you begin, you need to make sure you have your Evri username and password to hand.
Setting up in CCP
In your CCP account, navigate to Configuration -> Couriers, then scroll through the list to find the MyHermes account
Click Accounts, then Add Account
You will be presented with the below screen...
On this window, you need to enter the following information. This isn't customer specific, so these details need to be as below...
Friendly Name: shippingsupport@cloudcommercepro.com (*this must be populated for both test and live*)
Key: bc143885-bec4-4a15-8153-29a071717375
Secret: 0c54fb5f-2aaf-4cbe-bed6-f97c2630d07a
Make sure that the dropdown options at the top of this box are set to Active & Live.
**REMEMBER TO SAVE THE CONFIGURATION**
Connecting to Evri
Press Authorise Seller Account in the live section, this should take you to the Evri portal where you can login in using the customers credentials.
Once this is done, you're good to go ahead and create your rules and start shipping! Make sure to test a label and contact support with any issues.
