A Note from our leadership
As we continue to develop our platform to support your businesses and fuel your growth, we are very keen to hear about the challenges you face day to day and understand your plans for the future. The more we know about what matters to you, the better placed we are to build a platform that truly works for you.
We will be sending out a short survey soon - your input will directly shape what we focus on next. In the meantime, please don't hesitate to contact me directly. I'm always happy to hear from you.

AI & eCommerce - Where Are You?
Artificial intelligence is moving fast across the eCommerce and order management space - and we know it can feel like a lot to keep up with. Whether you're already experimenting with AI tools in your business, thinking about where to start, or simply watching how things develop, you're not alone.
What we're seeing in the market
The conversation around AI and OMS has shifted noticeably in the past year. It's no longer just about chatbots or automated emails. The more interesting developments are happening at the operational level - things like smarter exception handling, predictive stock management, and platforms that can surface the "why" behind problems rather than just flagging that something has gone wrong.
What this means for ChannelGrabber
We believe ChannelGrabber is well placed here. The platform already holds a rich picture of your business - orders, inventory, channels, shipping, returns and operational workflows. Most retailers can't connect all of that themselves. The opportunity we're focused on is turning that data into insight and, over time, into smarter decisions.
We're not chasing AI for the sake of it. We're thinking carefully about the decisions our customers make every day - around inventory allocation, fulfilment routing, marketplace operations and exception handling - and asking where AI can genuinely make those faster, easier or more accurate.
We'd love to hear from you!
What's keeping you up at night? Have you started using AI tools in your business, or is it something you're considering? We'll be including a couple of questions on this in our upcoming survey - but feel free to reach out directly in the meantime. Your experience and challenges are exactly what will shape where we go next.
DHL Parcel UK Rebranding to DHL eCommerce UK
DHL Parcel UK is rebranding to DHL eCommerce UK, and with that comes a new API that all integrations will need to move to. Our development team is already working on updating the CCP integration to support the new service ahead of the June 30th 2026 deadline.
No action is needed from you right now - we'll be in touch with more details as the update is ready to roll out. In the meantime, if you have any questions, please don't hesitate to get in touch with our Support Team.
Identifying Unprocessed Orders
If your available stock looks lower than expected, unprocessed orders may be reserving stock for your items in an Awaiting Dispatch state. You can check this on your Products page by clicking on the Stock tab, where any stock reserved by unprocessed orders will show in the Awaiting Dispatch column.
You can also export a full report of your Total Stock and Available Stock levels to extrapolate Awaiting Dispatch stock for all items using our Data Exchange.
To identify any unprocessed orders reserving stock, use the filters on your Orders page to find orders of any status except Dispatched, Cancelled, or Refunded. You should also make sure to include archived orders to see those hidden due to age.
Once you've identified the unprocessed orders, you have two options: process them yourself, or contact our Support Team who can mark unprocessed orders as Dispatched or Cancelled in bulk to quickly free up your stock. We will just require a Saved Filter containing the relevant orders that you would like marked as either Dispatched or Cancelled.
For a step-by-step walkthrough, see our guides on Awaiting Dispatch Stock and understanding your Stock Export totals.
