This guide will walk you through the process of setting up Amazon shipping in Cloud Commerce Pro.

1. Contact Amazon

First of all you need to contact your Amazon Shipping account manager, if you have one, or contact Amazon through the customer services on Amazon Shipping. Explain to them that you will be integrating with Cloud Commerce Pro, as they will need to clear you for API use before you can generate labels in Cloud Commerce Pro.

2. Admin Centre

From the admin centre in Cloud Commerce Pro, click "Configuration".

3. Configuration

A pop-up menu will appear on the left of the screen. Click "Couriers".

4. Couriers

Once on the couriers screen, scroll all the way to the bottom of the page to find Amazon Shipping. Hover your mouse over "Accounts" to continue.

5. Courier Accounts

From the pop-out menu click "Add Account".

6. Courier Configuration Details

First of all you need to set the courier as "Active" and "Live" as shown below.

When that is done, click "Authorise Seller Account".

7. Amazon Authorisation

You will be prompted to log into your Amazon account and asked to confirm you agree with the terms and conditions of third party use of your account. Take a moment to review the terms if required, and then check the box beside "I understand..." and click "Confirm".

8. Courier Configuration Details Continued

Now you will be back in Cloud Commerce Pro. Continue the configuration process by clicking "Authorise Shipping Account".

9. Shipping Account Authorisation

You will be redirected to Amazon like in the previous step. Here you will be given more terms to agree to regarding third party integration. Review these as necessary before putting a check in the box beside "I understand..." and click "Authorize".

10. Configuration Complete

When you get back to Cloud Commerce Pro and the courier configuration details screen, simply click "Save" to finish the job.

11. Shipping Rules

You will need to configure shipping rules for your Amazon Shipping services.

Currently you can select between two services:

  • Amazon Shipping One Day

  • Amazon Shipping Premium

The details of your shipping rules can be tailored to your individual needs. For a more in depth guide on creating shipping rules, click the link below:
