This guide will show you how to add Economic Operator Registration and Identification Numbers, more commonly known as EORI numbers, to your system in Cloud Commerce Pro.
Businesses and people wishing to trade must use EORI numbers as an identification number in all customs procedures when exchanging information with Customs administrations.
If you trade between the UK and non-EU countries, you’ll already be aware of the requirement for an Economic Operator Registration and Identification (EORI) Number. However, this requirement will now apply to any UK business trading within the EU from January 1st 2021. In addition to that, you will need another EORI number to trade with Northern Ireland post-Brexit.
1. Admin Centre
From the Admin Centre menu in Cloud Commerce Pro, click "Configuration" in the top right of the screen.
2. Configuration
On the pop out menu on the left, click "General" at the very top and then head down to "Organisation Details"
3. Organisation Details
Once on the organisation details screen, find the section that includes the headers or EORI numbers. This should be the second section down on the left of your screen.
Click "Edit" in that section.
4. EORI Editor
A modal will appear giving you the option to edit your EORI and VAT numbers. You can enter 3 different EORI numbers in the text boxes provided.
