While Amazon, eBay and Etsy have made changes to their API to send their IOSS number directly to Cloud Commerce Pro when required, some other sales channels have not. However, the channel is still responsible for collecting VAT on orders from EU customers, so it is important the sales channel's IOSS is correctly sent to the courier.
This guide will walk you through adding the sales channel IOSS number to Cloud Commerce Pro for sales channels other than Amazon, eBay and Etsy.
It is important to note, this is only for ecommerce platforms such as La Redoute or Wish. Website based platforms such as WooCommerce, Shopify or Magento require you to use your own IOSS number as they are not obliged by the new rules to collect VAT on your behalf.

Contents
1. Admin Centre
From the Admin Centre in Cloud Commerce Pro, click the "Selling" button.
2. Sales Channel List
Select the sales channel you want to add an IOSS number for. As mentioned above, this is NOT relevant for Amazon, eBay and Etsy or any website related sales channel such as WooCommerce, Shopify or Magento.
3. Sales Channel Details
On the Sales Channel Details screen, click the "Settings" button.
4. Edit Sales Channel
Here you can edit various aspects of this specific sales channel.
Add the IOSS number that the sales channel has sent you (not your personal IOSS number) in the box provided. If you have not been given an IOSS number, contact the sales channel in question to retrieve this information.
Once entered, click "Save Settings" at the bottom to confirm your changes.
The IOSS number will now be applied to any new orders that come into the system for this specific sales channel. Please note, this does NOT apply to orders that came into the system before you made this change.
