In addition to this, we have the CCP Academy - An online training system that covers everything from the basics of formulating your data, to advanced features that allow you to customise Cloud Commerce Pro to your needs.
As part of our ongoing commitment to improve our support services, we are now introducing a brand new support portal that brings all of your support needs into one easy to navigate hub.
The new "Need Help" button in the top right of the screen will appear no matter where you are in Cloud Commerce Pro, ensuring you are only ever a click away from the support you need.
Clicking any of the topic buttons will take you to the relevant section of our knowledge base. If you still can't find what you are looking for, simply navigate to the top of the knowledge base screen and try the search function.
One big change is that you will now use the support portal to contact our dedicated support team. Our online chat box will only appear here, not in the rest of Cloud Commerce Pro, so it is no longer cluttering up your workspace.

If you need to contact our support team directly, the "Chat Now" button at the bottom of the page will open the Intercom chat box that you are already familiar with.
