Our developers have now released a new direct integration with DHL Parcel UK (formerly known as DHL Parcel UK). This newer integration replaces our older integration via NetDespatch. It is relatively straightforward to set up, and will just require some data from your Sales Manager at DHL Parcel UK.

Retrieve your account details from DHL Parcel UK

In order to connect your UK Mail / DHL Parcel UK account to ChannelGrabber, you will first need to contact your Sales Manager at DHL Parcel UK and request the following information:

  • Username

  • Password

  • Domestic Account Number

  • International Account Number (Air) (I5)*

  • International Account Number (Road) (I8)*

  • API Key

*If you do not have an International Account Number for Air / Road, that is not a problem.

If you do not have a DHL Parcel UK account, but would like one, you can enquire about this here.

If you do already have an account, but are unsure how to contact your Sales Manager at DHL, you should be able to contact DHL via email for more information.

Connecting your account to ChannelGrabber

Once you have this information, you will be able to link the account to ChannelGrabber:

  • Go to Settings > Shipping Channels in ChannelGrabber.

  • Click the drop down menu in the top right of this page and select the option: UK Mail (DHL Parcel UK) then click Add.
    โ€‹

  • On the following page, input your account details from DHL Parcel UK.
Enter "null" in the fields for your International Account Numbers if you do not have them.
Tick the checkbox next to Are these Live credentials?
Once the data has been entered, click Link Account to connect.

Once you have done this, your UK Mail / DHL Parcel UK account should be fully connected to ChannelGrabber, allowing you to generate labels for the integration accordingly.
