If you’ve attempted to import an order and want to run it again because you think something has gone wrong or it is not found in CCP, you can bypass the applications checks when reading the file by tricking the application into thinking it hasn’t seen that order before.

You do this by looking in the 3 order folders (found in This PC > Documents > Order Importer on the same machine) and removing the folders that have the same name as the ID of the order you are looking to import.

  • Errored Orders

  • Incoming Orders

  • Processed Orders
