This guide will help you allocate any orders you have, including those that are sitting in unpaid.

From the Admin Centre in Cloud Commerce Pro, click the Allocate Orders button.
2. Allocate Orders
From here you can see all orders you have awaiting allocation.
You have a few options on how to search these if you have a lot, which are:
By Customer
By Season
By Priority
3. Select Your Order
Once you have found your order, click on the Details button.
4. Allocate Your Stock
Now you can either enter your stock manually or click the Auto button.

The Auto button will automatically assign all the stock needed to fulfil this order.
5. Save Your Allocation
Now click the Complete Order button.

This will now allocate the stock you have entered to allocate to this order.
6. View your Allocation
Your order will now show as allocated.
