This assumes you are able to locate the settings.bak file either in a different folder or computer from a previous setup.
Open the settings.bak file in a text editor
Line 1 is your brand ID
Line 2 is your API Key
Line 3 and beyond is the list of profile names in the order they were created in a way the program can read them.
Take care not to edit the file you are copying from so if you make changes, please do not save them.
For brand new Order Importer setups, you will need to ask Support for your Brand ID and API Key - however please advise if you have an existing API powered integration or Order Importer setup
