As per the latest update from Shopify, customers are now no longer to edit Shopify orders within the CCP system.

If you need to make amendments to a Shopify order (e.g. change an item on the order) then the order within CCP would need cancelling and a new order from stock would need placing.

When you come to dispatch the order you would then need to manually mark this as dispatched directly on Shopify as the new order will not be connected to the original order placed on the site.
