When creating Parcelforce labels to Ireland, customers often report that they receive the following error initially:
400: RecipientAddress/AddressLine3 must contain a valid county for shipments to Ireland.
This error is being returned by Parcelforce when the order data is submitted. Parcelforce have decided that, for shipments to Ireland, they would like the "County" field to be input in Address Line 3.
In order to resolve this error, you will need to do the following:
Navigate to your Orders page and click to open the order
Delete any data in Shipping Address Line 3
Input the relevant Irish county in Shipping Address Line 3
Save the changes
Once this has been done, you should be able to create the label correctly as expected!
