Shipping with myHermes requires a Hermes credit account. We cannot take payments for shipping labels through our platform and so a pay-as-you-go account will not work here. If you encounter any difficulties below, check what type of account you have with myHermes, and change to a credit account if required ;)
Connecting a myHermes Account
1. Go to Settings >> Shipping Channels:
2. From the drop-down menu on the top right of the page, select “MyHermes” then click on the Add button:
3. You will automatically be forwarded to your myHermes login page. Please enter your myHermes username/email and password then click the SIGN IN button:
4. You will automatically be forwarded back to ChannelGrabber which will complete the connection with myHermes, so then you can just specify the display name for the courier in ChannelGrabber and select the Trading Company to associate it with, then click the Save button to complete the integration process:
Once saved, you can move into any other area of your ChannelGrabber account to continue with your daily tasks.
Creating & Printing Labels
