Shopify has an option for triggering dispatch notifications to your customers when an order is dispatch from within ChannelGrabber. When an order is dispatched, we can trigger a notification to the customer informing them that the item has been dispatched.
We are aware that some users would prefer to use their own integration or setup to inform customers of the dispatch of one of their orders.
We have now released options for both types of user, so you can have Shopify trigger these notifications, or have them not be triggered as preferred.
The setting is enabled by default, so your customers will be informed when an item is dispatched. If you would like the setting on your account changed, just send a message via the chat function, or email: help@channelgrabber.com and we will assist accordingly.
