As per Royal Mail guidelines, you may be expecting to receive a CN22 form instead of a CN23 for your international orders under £270 on your Royal Mail (OBA) international orders.

Our Royal Mail (OBA) integration is linked to a Royal Mail approved company who supply our labels. Working in agreement with Royal Mail Intelligent Shipper® only produces a CN23. This is to simplify the process and reduce the need for different labels and designs.

The CN23 contains all the content required in a CN22 plus the extra requirements demanded of a CN23, so regardless of value we can have one document that works across the board.

If you download your shipping labels from the Orders page, you can ensure that any extra documents, such as your CN23 labels are printed off by enabling the setting: "Show additional shipping labels" under Settings > Template Settings
