We sometimes get reports from our customers that they receive an error after submitting the form in Settings > Shipping Channels to link their FedEx (UK) account to ChannelGrabber.
The error usually looks like this:
The error: Unable to register meter, relates to the data being submitted to our label suppliers here when connecting. If you encounter this, please contact our Support Team for assistance.
We will need the data entered in the form prior to clicking Link Account, so we can reproduce and bypass the error.
