FBA (Fulfilled by Amazon) is a service that helps Amazon sellers outsource shipping to Amazon. With this fulfilment option, Amazon stores, picks, packs, ships, and delivers the products to customers. Amazon also handles customer service and returns for those orders.
How to integrate FBA with CCP? - As long as your FBA listings are mapped to your main product within CCP there is no other set up provided
What can CCP do to manage FBA?
Pulls in orders and marks them as dispatched automatically
Doesn't deduct stock from main warehouse stock level
Creates customer record, invoice & payment just like a regular FBM amazon order
Create a transaction log to transfer stock from CCP to Amazon (this then still needs processes directly on Amazon)
