Please note, this feature is in early access currently, with a wider release planned for the end of June, pending issues and feedback!

Our Listing Deletion Tool allows you to remove listing links and data from ChannelGrabber, without the need to delete entire products. This means that you can delete error, or inactive listings from your account, and re-import the correct data easily, whilst also retaining information such as picking locations, weights, dimensions, and supplier data.

If you are looking to delete all data for a product in ChannelGrabber, please see our guide on how to delete a product!

Using the Listing Deletion Tool

The Listing Deletion Tool can be found in the Settings page under the Advanced > LISTINGS page.

Here, you can select the relevant Sales Channel, Account Name, and Listing Status of the listings that you would like to delete from the system:

The Listing Status section grants the option to delete All listings, as well as specifying certain listing statuses. The statuses present here are taken from the status of the relevant listing on your Products page.

If for example, I would like to delete only the error listing links to some of my error eBay listings shown in the image above, I would select:

  • Sales Channel: Ebay

  • Account Name: NEW EBAY ACCOUNT

  • Listing Status: Error

I would then click Delete Listings and wait for the process to complete.*

*Please Note: the time taken to delete listings will be longer if you have many listings to be removed. Please wait for the process to complete before starting a new delete process.

Once the listing tool has finished running, I can navigate to the Products page again and see the relevant listings have been deleted, leaving my product data for the items intact.

I can then re-import correct data using the Import Listings page, or continue to work as needed.
