If you have connected your Amazon Seller Fulfilled Prime account to ChannelGrabber, you may notice that you are sometimes unable to find shipping services for certain orders. When comparing the shipping labels available in Amazon with what is available in ChannelGrabber, you might see different results.

We have spoken to Amazon about this who have identified that the ship from address for Amazon Seller Fulfilled Prime orders could be incorrect. If your ship from address in ChannelGrabber for the Amazon account is different to the ship from address on your Amazon account, you may encounter this issue.

In ChannelGrabber, we the ship from address used for the Amazon labels is pulled from the Trading Company assigned to the Sales Channel under Settings > Sales Channels > Manage.

The Trading Company details for the Trading Company assigned here are in turn taken from the data in My Account either under your main Company Details, or further down the page in the individual Trading Company settings.
